I loathe winter. So much so that when autumn swings around I start feeling sad just looking at the orange and brown foliage and feeling the crisp autumn air. A sense of dread comes over me when I start thinking about how cold it'll be, and how our daylight is shortened by a few extra hour. So in a furious rebellion of the quickly approaching darkness and bitter cold soon to follow, I'll hold up this simple reminder of all that is good and pleasant from the summer. Melodramatic I know, but I really hate winter!
